Get ready for a scare-your-pants-off movie, this is a veritable frightfest. The Ring is one of the scariest ghost stories I’ve ever seen. Its creepy suspenseful plot, loaded with horrific imagery, keeps twisting right up to the end. Daveigh Chase is utterly chilling as Samara, the damp, creepy devil-child in a white nightgown whith long black weedy hair hanging over her face. I knew it was going too be scary...but I never would have known that this movie woudl still give me the heebie-jeebies years later. My poor heart. The movie from the beginning to the end creeped the hell out of me, and sometimes terrified me. The first time I watched this movie, I hid under a pillow half the time...I really shouldnt have watched it at 2am...but what are you going to do.
That little girl must be one of the scaries characters, the whole look, and the visuals...AHH! Im hoping the phone doesn't ring
Im a big wuss, so you may not get as scared as me, but definatkey some hair raising moments...and the "video" is priceless.
Definatey worth watching more then once...oh boy.

One of the creepiest horror films to date!
As an avid horror film viewer, I took delight in The Ring's ability to frighten me. If it can scare even the most seasoned vetrans of the genre, then it must be worth watching.
Short on over the top blood and gore, the film offers up a touching family story while managing to load up on thrills, chills, and plot twists. There's an underlying mystery to the story and the film is full of eerie visuals to intensify the frightfest.
Highly recommended to watch with someone else, or alone...if you dare!
