How To Lose A Guy In 10 Days
Oscar nominee Kate Hudson (Almost Famous) and Matthew McConaughey (A Time To Kill) give the battle of the sexes an outrageously unexpected twist in the runaway comedy hit the Daily News applauds as "Hilarious"!
As the "How to..." columnist for trendy Composure Magazine, Andie Anderson (Hudson) agrees to write a first-hand account about what it takes to drive a man out of your life...in exactly 10 days. At the same time, eligible ad agency bachelor Benjamin Barry (McConaughey) accepts a high-stakes bet that he can lure any woman into falling head-over-heels in love with him... also in 10 days. The resulting romantic head-on collision ignites a series of deliriously comic deceptions that prove when it comes to true love... your heart cannot tell a lie. From the director of Miss Congeniality, it's a wildly entertaining romantic romp.

A tasty romantic comedy, featuring the battle of the sexes in its most fanciful light. - moviemonger
How to Lose a Guy is another romantic comedy about people with cooler lives than you who spend all their time whining about wanting to get ahead. If you enjoy a good laugh and a warm fuzzy, you will be delighted with this film. “How to Lose a Guy in 10 Days” provides an entertaining and sweet alternative to the average “boy meets girl, girl doesn’t like boy, boy and girl struggle but eventually like each other and live happily ever after” formula. How To Lose A Guy In 10 Days has a silly unbelievable plot but unlike the others it is very funny! There are plenty of laughs throughout the movie and while it does get a bit corny it parts it avoids the schmaltzy, slushy pitfalls that some rom-coms seem to wallow in! There isn’t any new ground being broken here but it a funny, entertaining, enjoyable movie. Overall, I believe this film flowed extremely well and kept me fully entertained with a fabulous cast and plenty of laughsA Sweet Surprise! - 0930tracey
Kate Hudson and Matthew McConaughey are perfectly matched in this movie. I absolutely loved the storyline and found myself doubled over in fits of hysterical giggles over the lengths Kate Hudson went to to try to "lose" Matthew's character. A great movie for both men and women. I highly recommend this film!!A chick flick guys can like - Dario
This movie speaks to both sides. Men can relate to how neurotic women are and women can relate to how men don't give up. Both sexes play games no matter how much the other side says they dont and this movie shows the many games and sides we all have. Its funny because everyone can relate to at least one or more of the quirks they see here, either from what others have done or what they have done in the past. Definately worth seeing
