Jimmy Neutron: Boy Genius
Jimmy Neutron: Boy Genius, is trying to make contact with an alien civilization. Unbeknownst to him, a satellite he launches (okay, it's the kitchen toaster, but it works!) is picked up by an alien species. In the dark of night the aliens fly their war ships-looking like a fleet of rubber chickens to earth and abduct all the parents in Jimmy's hometown of Retroville. So it's up to Jimmy to create a fleet of space ships from the rides at the town's new amusement park (hey, he's a genius, remember?) and launch them into orbit in a bid to rescue the abducted parents of Retroville. But Jimmy better hurry! Because the aliens are preparing to use the parents as human sacrifices! With his robotic dog, Goddard, and his best friend, Carl by his side, Jimmy and the rest of the kids in Retroville take to the skies on a trip that's sure to be a blast! Featuring the voice talents of Patrick Stewart and Martin Short as the evil King Gobat and his sidekick Ooblar.

Not as good as the first time I saw it. - moviegenius
This is a good, harmless movie, but not the best ever. I only really watched this movie because one day, I was digging out my old computer games and I saw a Spongebob game. A couple of days later, I beat the game, but they had something else. They had a demo of Jimmy Neutron VS Jimmy Negatron. When I was really little, this was my favourite game. So, I imported it into my computer and played it. It was awesome. Then, I had the idea to watch the movie. I was thinking, The game rocked, the movie must be cool. So, I watched it. It was good, but quite a few of the jokes was stuff I would have liked when I was 5 years old or something like that. Adults probably won't like it because the kids are rejecting them and wanting them to disappear, but the kids will have fun and giggle at the corny, babyish jokes. It's not bad, but it's definitely not great. The boy might be a genius, but the movie... not so much - SPSullivan
Unlike the recent "Shrek" or even "Monsters, Inc", "Jimmy Neutron: Boy Genius" is firmly aimed at the younger set. Adult-targeted jokes are few and far between, the plot is simple and straightforward, and the lessons learned by the end are gapingly obvious ones. But there is a real sense of fun to "Jimmy Neutron", made manifest in the enjoyable style of animation which (much like "The Simpsons") indulges in exaggeration without resorting to the grotesque. The filmmakers are clearly most interested in exploring the many zany inventions Jimmy comes up with. Not only is there his loyal robot dog Goddard, but also such concoctions as a bubble-gum travelling machine and, inspiring the film's most beautiful scene, a fleet of spaceships built from the rides at an amusement park. The story itself is actually rather tedious, and the alien monsters (who apparently owe much to Kodos and Kang of "Simpsons" fame) aren't terribly interesting, wasting vocal performances from Patrick Stewart and Martin Short. A bloodthirsty final frame comes across as unnecessary. This is a movie narrowly focussed on about the late-single-digit age group. Parents and older kids will probably be glad that the runtime is less than an hour and a half, while very young ones may find some sequences (including one featuring an horrific alien chicken) too frightening.so-so - movie_goer
Jimmy Neutron is to smart for his own good, once he discovers life he sends back a message and exact cordinance of where earth is, soon aliens are taking over parents minds. Turns out the aliens are not good after all. Jimmy is typical for getting himself into trouble and dragging his friends in to his problems. The movie isn't as clever or fun like the series but if your a neutron fan, this is what started the whole franchise. Ok movie, could of been better.
