Phenomenal acting - jungforu
Elizabeh tells the story of Queen Elizabeth the first rise to the throne. It is movie that demonstrates the struggle of both the desire for love and the strength required to rule.
Cate Blanchette is absolutely brillant in this role. Honestly, her acting was phenomenal and it is no wonder she was nominated for Best Actress for this role.Holy @W#$ - fadartguy
By far one of Cates best performances and one of the best pictures ever made in my mind. I loved the sets, the scenery and the acting. Definately educates you on the life and ruling of Elizabeth. Cate had a tough role to take on and delivered it briliantly. I loved loved loved it.Better than history books - Pumon
The first few scenes of this movie are hard to watch but after that its definitly better. It tells the sotry of Elizabeths rise to power during the 1600's. Cate Blanchet is phenomenal in her role and takes Elizasbeths to depths that history books just cannot do it.
