Lucky Seven
A fun, sweet and endearing romantic comedy about finding Mr. Right. Before Amy Myer's mother died when Amy was seven, she planned the little girl's life on a timeline, including the fact that Amy would marry her seventh boyfriend. When Amy falls in love with # 6, she's thrown into a tailspin, because all of her mother's advice had worked perfectly. Now she must decide whether to follow her mother's advice and wait for # 7, or follow her own heart.

LUCKY SEVEN is a fun movie. Sure, it's predictable and it fits the chick-flick mold, but it was refreshing. It was clean, nostalgic and upbeat. Kimberly Williams-Paisley is a fun choice for the female lead; we enjoy her performances in the movies she's been in.
If you want a deep, dramatic love story, this isn't the film for you. Rather, LUCKY SEVEN is an escape from the heavy and a fun trip to lightheartedness.Good movie - Very sweet - Phyllis
Okay, so the movie is predictable, but it's also sweet, romantic, and funny. A real chick flick that your man may not appreciate but promise him to watch something he likes for the next round of movies, get your gal pals together, pop some popcorn and enjoy your dose of Mc-dreamy. The movie is light hearted - even vulnerable. It's highly unlikely that something like this would happen in real life but the movie finishes and you sigh because there is a mister right/ Ms. right, for everyoneGreat Feel-Good Movie. - 1writer
Lucky Seven is a fun, romantic comedy that is a sure feel-good movie. The main character, Amy Meyer (Kimberly Williams-Paisley) loses her mother at the age of 7. As it turns out her mother decided that in order to help her daughter through life when she wasn't there to advise and guide her, she would leave a timeline of how Amy should handle her career, her love life, etc. The list is so specific that it tells Amy that she will marry her 7th boyfriend. So now Amy is involved in a relationship with a man that she feels is "the one", but he is only number 6...so she decides to take fate into her own hands and enlist a man from her bagel shop (Patrick Dempsey) to take her out and therefore fill the 6th slot so she can bump up her boyfriend to number 7. This is where the fun and romance starts. Amy will have to sort out her feelings and make a choice.
Worth the rental!
