The worst movie I have EVER seen! - Starshine
I basically mirror the words of another reviewer on this site, Kythko, so check out his/her great review below. I too can not think of a worse movie. Seriously, I can not say one good thing about it. Even watching it for the sake of amusement via the diabolically bad acting, script and plot loses its appeal after a while. It reminds me of a really poorly made kids tv show. Listen to our reviews and please do not rent this terrible movie!Beyond Terrible - Kythko
I'm having a hard time imagining a more terrible film. Although the starring young actress has gone on to have a career in television, the majority of the acting is bad in a way rarely seen. Frank Peretti appeared in the film in a role that will surely haunt him until the day he dies. Presumably channeling The Doc from Back to the Future, his presence on screen drew nothing but laughter from all of us watching. When the parts are finally brought together - bad acting, bad story, bad premise, bad production quality - you can imagine the result. A bad movie.Goths Are Really Misguided Preppies After All - Zen-
Let me start by saying I really enjoyed this movie. Not because it was any good, but because the words of Christian author Frank Peretti are quite funny when translated for the screen. A family employed by a secret government organization investigate a series of mysterious deaths (possibly paranormal!) at a highschool by going undercover. All the deaths tie into the HANGMAN"S CURSE!!! wooooo. David Keith, what the hell are you doing in this movie??? The goths who have unlocked the evil are really just lonely misunderstood kids. Recommended for Christian families and those that imbibe a little whine with their fromage. I wish I had more than fifty word, because I think I could give quite the essay on this film. Watch for the crazy rubber arachnid ending and also the backwoods author himself in a role and on the special features.
