Now You See Him, Now You Don't
If anyone is interested in seeing what Kurt Russell used to do before transforming into Snake Plissken in Escape From New York, they can look no further than this labored Disney slapstick marzipan sequel to The Computer Wore Tennis Shoes. Kurt Russell, once again, is Dexter Riley, a science major at Medfield College, who, along with fellow science majors Schuyler (Michael McGreevey) and Debbie (Joyce Menges), concocts an invisibility spray. A gang of thieves, headed by A.J. Arno (Cesar Romero), want to get a hold of the formula to use in a bank robbery. The kids find themselves the prey of the crooks, as the bad guys attempt to get the spray. Meanwhile, Dexter employs the spray at a golf tournament, much to the surprise of apoplectic college president Higgins (Joe Flynn). But before Higgins can spout out "Wha? Wha? Wha?,." Arno continues onward with the chase for Dexter and the invisibility spray. — Paul Brenner

Fun for the kids (and nostalgic adults) - Vriesea
This movie has a predictable, but fun formula: smart kids(college students) have a cool experiment, get roped into helping save their college, and it all turns out in the end. There are a few decent laughs, a lot of corny ones, and the special effects lend a few unintended ones as well. If you're looking for a decent family night film, or if you saw this way back when, it's not a bad choice.Great Classic - Me_Myself_and_I
While it may not be well known, possibly not well liked among the children these days, this is certaintly a great classic. One of my personal Favorites out of the three Medfield movies. Very reminisce of what made old movies great, just good, clean, goofy fun. I give the movie 4 1/2 out of 5 in the classic flick genre, but the DVD, while I have to be glad they put it out on one, has no extras, so the DVD I would rate low 1, maybe 2 out of 5. Still, worth my rent, haven't seen this one in a while!
