Jennifer Garner (Daredevil, TV's "Alias") and Mark Ruffalo (You Can Count on Me) star in this flash-forward romantic comedy about a pre-teen girl who goes from geek to glamorous. With the help of some magic wishing dust, 13 year-old Jenna Rink (Garner) becomes 30 and gorgeous overnight, with everything she ever wanted, except for her best friend Matt (Ruffalo). Now, this grown woman must create some magic of her own to help the little girl inside find the true love she left behind.

great for a child from the 80's - brandywerezak
Anyone who grew up in the 80"s will understand this movie. It wasn't overly funny, but it was a great walk down memory lane. I think it isn't for teenagers of today rather the 30 somethings of today who will understand it. I watched it with 15 yr old girls and they didn't think that it was funny at allGreat chick flick! - MFisher
I really enjoyed this movie and I have seen it several times! It is just a great, feel good story about finding love while reminding you that being popular is not the most important thing. Such a cute movie! Love the Thriller part and Mark Ruffufalo(sp.) is so cute!Funny although a bit predictable - chiquita
I've watched this movie many times. Jennifer Garner is funny and completly believable as a 13 yr old grown up. Makes you wish you could see how life is going to be in the future and change things to make it better. You can see the chemistry between Mark Ruffalo and Jennifer Garner from their first scene together. Their chemistry is what makes this movie fun and make you want to watchit over again.
