All Over Me
They broke all the rules. They fell in love.
An intense, naturalistic portrait of a changing friendship between two teenage girls, set in New York's gritty Hell's Kitchen. The symbiotic, loving relationship between riot-grrrl teens Ellen and Claude degrades after Ellen begins dating a rough-hewn, mean-spirited older boy, and Claude tries on a lesbian identity with the help of a new gay male friend. Suffused with alternative music-scene bit parts and cameos, including Hailey (of the Murmurs) and Timony (of Helium).

This is a good coming of age movie. It shows the dimamics of two young people and how they deal or not deal with their sexuality. It also shows how a person can find the inner strength to do whats right no matter the concequence. I would recommend this movie to all.A tad disappointing - smartboring
I watched this as a 19 year old lesbian and LOVED it. Watched it again as a 26 year old lesbian with a little more exposure to the gay culture & life, and was highly disappointed in this film.
Hardly any attention is paid to Claude's struggle with her sexuality. Most of the film is based on her best friend and her abusive boyfriend.
Leisha Hailey is cute and makes the film worthwhile, but I can't think of many other good things to say about it.Good flick - meggz
I too rented this movie as I'm in love with Leisha Hailey now and had to see this movie. It was way better then what I expected.
The movie is a great coming of age story and although it does get dark, it's still very good and is very real and raw.
