Blankman
"A Heartfelt Comedy That's Falling Down Funny." -Kansas City Star
In Living Color's favorite team of Damon Wayans and David Alan Grier joins Robin Givens, Jon Polito and Jason Alexander in this hilarious crime-fighting comedy about two slapstick heroes who triumph over evil... more or less.
Clad in bulletproof underwear and his grandma's housecoat, Darryl Walker (Wayans) takes to the streets in pursuit of the truth, justice and his first kiss. Riddled with comic book action and outrageous shoot-from-the-hip humor, Blankman is a "devilishly funny satire." (The Hollywood Reporter)

Not that funny but its good enough. - xpupo
I like the message of this movie which is basically about how you mean something. And how you are not powerless.
It was presented in a humorous way, but in my opinion, as far as funny is concerned, I just rate it 2/5. Some scenes were funny but its not like I was laughing all throughout this movie.
I give this 4/5 for story. And 2/5 for humor.
So I guess I'd give this a 3/5 overall.
