Village Of The Damned/Children Of The Damned (Double Bill)
Village of the Damned
So Young. So Innocent. So Deadly.
One morning in the tiny village of Midwich the residents suddenly fall asleep - and wake up to discover all the women in the town are pregnant.
All the babies are born on the same day, grow up inseperable, and possess super-human powers. Their parents begin to realize something must be done to stop their evil conspiracy.
Children of the Damned
Six children, who are a sample of what man will evolve to in a million years, are born all around the world with genius IQs, ray-gun eyes, and murderous dispositions. Two investigators bring the children together, and while they are being examined by scientists they escape. The children hide out in a church, but they are doomed because their destiny is to be destroyed to teach a lesson to modern man.

Damn kids! - Pete_Huge
First they are super-brian powered monsters that want to take over the world. Then they are super-brain powered kids that star in 2 stinky movies. They use their powers to make an intresting idea boring and dull. With their massive IQ's they could have brain washed the writer into making a good movie - but no these kids are evil in the dullest sense of the word. So save yourself and don't fall under the power of the Villlage of the Dull/ Children of the Duller!Twin Bill Of Terror! - bwod
British take on "children possessed" theme, stands the test of time. Very scary. How do you prevent an alien invasion when the foe looks like you? Their powers are devastating. Even the army has met its match. The "eyes" have it! Worth renting as Halloween approaches. Two thumbs up.Classic Horror - Mykull
Great 2 films on one dvd. I rented this to see how the original Village of the Damned was compared to the newer redone version, and I like the black and white version better. Less hollywood effects, and being black and white give both films a extra type of creepy-ness to them. The acting is over all pretty good done by the children... and both films will keep you on the edge of your seat in fear.
