Snowbirds! The very name brings images to mind and the wonder of watching them perform. This movie shows you the parts that you don’t see – all the time and effort by all the people that make up the team – not just the pilots. The next time I watch the Snowbirds, I will have a greater appreciation of the team members that are not on show as well as the pilots.SNOWBIRDS !!! - tlefrancois
I've been a military brat all my life, and grew up with the snowbirds. I know all the training and skills it takes. But to actually see it on DVD, it makes it all real again. To understand the coordination, and all the time they spend togerther, now I can understand why these pilots are "grounded" when they lose one of their own.1800 Seconds: Chasing Canada's Snowbirds - lulu1
This was a great documentary! Talk about romanticizing Canada. :D The film really helped me to personalize these amazing pilots. I've always had great respect for their skills, but now when I see the planes, I'll remember that there are "real people" in there, performing for our pleasure.
