great movie! forrest whitaker has a foot fetish for those of you into robin givens feet. haha! other than that, good plot. great to see danny glover too. thank god for zip cause this movie is hard to find now...i don't see it very often at retail outlets.not slick, but that's okay - kiki007
A Rage in Harlem is a successful combination of classic film noir and modern crime story. Robin Givens is the femme fatale who vamps Forest Whitaker. Forest plays the bumbling innocent mortuary accountant to perfection. While not as slick as many in this genre, the movie is enjoyable and it's interesting to see many familiar faces who went on to play either similar or vastly different roles since 1991. And Danny Glover's little dog is great!
