Around the World in 80 Days
Phileas Fogg (Steve Coogan), a Victorian inventor fixated on time, makes a costly bet that he can circumnavigate the world in just 80 days in this remake inspired by Jules Verne's classic novel. With his loyal, martial-arts-wielding sidekick, Passepartout (Jackie Chan), by his side, Fogg sets out to win, and the two soon find themselves on the grandest adventure of all, one beset by problems and dangers at every turn.

I didn't enjoy this movie as much as I'd hoped, but AROUND THE WORLD IN 80 DAYS wasn't horrible. Jackie Chan is fun to watch, and it was nice to see a fresh approach to the story.
I did, however, laugh out loud when Arnold Schwarzenegger appeared in a curly, black wig! His German accent was hard to mask behind his pseudo-Pharaoh get-up!Better than I expected, a good laugh - hilkayaker
I heard this was a horrible movie, but have been on a Jules Verne kick so decided to try it. I thought it was very funny and was glad I did. It has an all-star cast. Not a big Jackie Chan fan, but he was funny. Loved Luke & Owen Wilson as the Wright brothers, very funny!! Love Jim Broadbent, he plays a good "bad guy" and Arnold Schwarzenegger was really entertaining. Not an oscar winner to be sure, but good for a laugh and an entertaining evening.not bad - moviewatcher281
i though t i wouldn't like it, and was sort of forced into watching it , but htis movie was seriously not bad. I actually enjoyed it at times. It is certainly well worth the time. Also jacky chan wasn't as anoying as he usually is. On that note trust me, if your running out of movies to add to your list, as i am , it is well worth your time
