Brutally Bad. One of the worst movies I have ever sat through. "Cutting edge special effects", what a joke. Watch if you dare, but don't say you weren't warned. Ice-T usually isn't this bad! The soundtrack is fine, but the acting, effects and picture quality are just bad. It looks like a really bad music video.
