Sesame Street: 1-2-3, Count with Me
Sesame Street's irrepressibly upbeat Ernie uses music to teach youngsters how to count from 1 to 20 in this 30-minute lesson for kids aged 18 months to 5 years. Ernie and an easily frazzled bunny named Benny sing catchy tunes with pal Ding the Dinger as they use their mastery of numbers to keep things running smoothly at the Furry Arms Hotel. Special appearances by Elmo and The Count (of course) are sure to delight Sesame Street fans.

My daughter enjoyed this one a lot. If I had one complaint, it is that it is very focussed on the counting to the exclusion of the other preschool disciplines. It's funny that there is so much emphasis on counting to 10. I noticed also that they only have kids memorize the times tables up to 10 by 10, or 12 by 12. I think it is useful to know them up to somewhat higher than that. It is a good tool to have later in life, not to have to grab a pen to do 18*17 or something.
