The Princess Diaries 2: Royal Engagement
As the newly crowned princess of the tiny European country of Genovia, teenager Mia (Anne Hathaway) is still trying to get used to her new title. Moving from her home in America to the small, little-known land has been difficult, but luckily, her best friend Lilly (Heather Matarazzo) is visiting during her summer vacation. As Mia's groomed to become the future ruler of Genovia, she finds out that an arranged marriage might be in store, too.

This movie was not quite as good as the first one, but it was still quite good and so cute. I liked this one because it deals with a country being able to change their customs and embrace the modern era, by not making her marry before taking the throne, because after all a woman can rule without a man!Cute movie. - EcoMom
This is a great movie for the 8-12 yr old girl. Fun. Clean. A little hokey. One of Anne Hathaway's earlier films. Her acting has come a long way since the Princess Diary films! Julie Andrews does a wonderful job and really carries the film. Great family movie or for a girl's sleepover party.The Princess Diaries 2: Royal Engagement - Jana1130
Great follow up to the original movie. Again this was fun for the whole family or to watch by yourself. Funny and romantic movie, I would suggest adding this movie as well as the first to your Zip List! Will allow any young girl to dream about finding her inner princess.
