Alien vs. Predator
The creepiest creatures from two epic thrillers face off in the ultimate showdown in this film directed by Paul W.S. Anderson. The fun begins when scientists and explorers (played by a cast that includes Sanaa Lathan and Raoul Bova) discover an ancient pyramid in Antarctica. But the structure isn't the only behemoth in the ice. A battle between two otherworldly populations is threatening to destroy the region and its inhabitants for good.

I WAS NEVER A REAL ALIENS FAN AND THIS MOVIE NEVER CHANGED THAT. THE STORY WAS I THINK WEAK AND FOUND THE FLOW FOR THE FIRST HALF WAS A LITTLE SLOW BUT IT DID PICK UP ONCE THE HUMAN ELEMENT REACHED THEIR GOAL. THE PREDATOR ASPECT OF THE MOVIE WAS KEPT PRETTY TRADITIONAL WHICH WAS GOOD, BUT YOU LEARN MORE ABOUT THEM DURING THE FILM. EITHER WAY IF YOU LIKE EITHER GENRE YOU WILL FIND YOU EITHER LOVED IT OR HATE IT. I DID FIND PREDATORS A LITTLE BETTER SO GIVE THAT A TRY.Cool movie - jennymay
I really liked this movie, and have watched it a number of times. The action is great. Bringing back two big names like Aliens and Predator was great. The girl in the movie gets to do some cool stuff, I don't want to give anything away though. Really neat movie though, way better than I had thought it might be. Not as scarey as I remember the aliens movies, but that's not a bad thing.Better than I thought it would be - saint_angrrr
I saw this movie while it was in the theatre. I went in with pretty low expectations, but felt like watching an action movie with lots of gore that night.
Much to my surprise, this was actually a pretty solid movie! You don't really have any oscar performances from the actors... but the plot actually did hold itself together quite well. I thought it was a clever way to package the story and merge the movies together. It wasn't even as predictable as I assumed it would be!
If you are in the mood for a night of cheap thrills and good action, I would definitely suggest this as a good movie to watch.
