Crime School

A group of men control the streets of the city -- nothing happens without their knowledge and permission -- but they begin to abuse that power training youth in a military system, grooming them to help them rule the city. One of the students, J.C. (Ryan Kent), proves to be especially good. They give him a home and a security position, but is now locked into this criminal organization for life: the only way out is death.
