Interstate 60
In this highly unusual road flick, a man (James Marsden) in search of answers to life's great mysteries takes his quest on Interstate 60, a make-believe freeway that leads him to encounters with a motley group of strange characters living in surreal roadside towns. Gary Oldman co-stars, with cameos from Michael J. Fox, Chris Cooper and Kurt Russell.

A Dull Bag of Tricks - MikeB
This is a fantasy road type movie that takes place on a highway laden with a bag of tricks. It tries hard, but comes off as fluffy and hollow. There are some neat skits like the drug town and the lawyer town - but others were simply too cliché – the overly tiresome ads of his fairyland girlfriend for instance.
The main problem is James Marsden – who attempts to be the lead character. Yes the script is pretty banal – but to be blunt, Marsden makes the movie boring – he exudes little character and energy. He’s just a pretty face like the billboard ads he keeps gawking at.
This movie is worth a peak on a dull night, but that’s about it.wish this movie was more popular - Pope_Will
The movie has less of a gimmick to it, but still a reflective quality and memorable moments. Had the distributor not been getting out of theatrical releases at the time it might have had a run in theaters other than festivals. Very simple but with amusing characters. I look forward to Bob Gale directing more films.A fresh and fun concept - Colalola
I have to admit I was dreading watching this movie. I thought it was going to be one of those movies that had a star-ladden cast but just falls flat. I was wrong.
The movie is entertaining the whole way through. Gary Oldman is a treat to watch and the cameos by Michael J Fox and Kurt Russell were perfectly casted.
The concept about wishes and alternate choices is not new, but this presentation of what can happen on Interstate 60 is fresh and fun.
Well worth the rental.
