Alexander Scott (Stephen Baldwin), the leader of an environmentalist group, is thrown in the slammer as the chief suspect when a chemical plant mysteriously explodes. But the bombings continue while Scott is in jail, and he begins to suspect that the loose cannon of his environmental group, Jeremy O'Brien (D.B. Sweeney), is responsible. Scott teams up with beautiful ATF bomb agent Katie Pryor (Kelly Rowan) to put a stop to the carnage.

Well...there is action, there are explosions, and there's even a storyline to it. But, all that good stuff is overshadowed by the creeping slowness and utter dryness of the story, the poor acting, and the made for TV-like feel of the movie. We managed to sit through this one - but just barely. If you're still inclined to try this movie, be forewarned that you'll likely be tempted to shut it off. The problem there is that you'll be struggling to stay awake enough to find the remote control to push the stop button. I'd keep your remote at hand to be on the safe side. I wouldn't recommend this to anybody for any reason.
