Chain of Command
When America elects a womanizing president (Roy Scheider), the Secret Service agent (Patrick Muldoon) hired to protect him expresses his disgust. That gets him reassigned to guard the briefcase that carries America's nuclear launch codes. Boring duty -- until Taiwanese agents try to steal it! I really enjoy this movie. Its a group of B movie stars who I feel put on an above average effort to make this plot believable. A kidnapped president, the football used to launch a nuclear strike against China and a female vice president who strikes back at China. This is 100 minutes of escapism the kind that most people will enjoy.Cheap - kav2001c
Cheap straight to video fare
Low budget hinders it more than anything else as its actually not that bad
But kind of boring, doesnt live up to its hype
Secret service agent Connelly doesnt like the presidents morals and gets himself transfered to "football duty" (guarding the codes for the US nuclear arsenal)
Of course the codes get stolen and its now a matter of time to retrieve them
Oh yeah and "Iris" is a well known Playboy special editions model if you are into that kind of thing
