This is a good movie. I liked the character Harriet. An eleven year old spy... That's a pretty good idea for a book (this movie was originally a book). One of the best characters in the movie was Ole Golly, Harriet's nanny. I was kind of sad that she leaves at one point, but she does come back. A sign that I enjoyed this movie is that I started rooting for the character Harriet aloud. When she was getting paint poured all over her by kids who absolutely hated her, I shouted, ``Punch her! Punch her!'' I started saying that because there was this really mean girl and then, just what I wanted, Harriet slapped her on the face and ran out of the classroom. Fans of the book and these fun family movies will probably rent this film and be satisfied like I was.Hariette has a eye for heart - movie_goer
If you've read the books this movie lives up to its expectancy. if your clue less Harriette will help you discover what you've been missing. i know it's a child movie but the innocence of what youth see compared to the adult eye is utterly shocking and so much different. This has its heart felt story and goofy-fun bits.
Harriette is lovable, logical and someone i can relate to when younger i always wanted to be a secret agent spy or become a writer heres your chance to follow a girl and her struggles to be understood. A must see movie.
