Pavement

Lauren Holly is a detective hot on the trail of a man who murdered a nurse. But when more victims surface, the murderer attains serial killer status. Slipping under everyone's radar, however, is the first victim's brother (Robert Patrick), who seems to be shadowing every potential suspect. As the body count rises, only Holly and Patrick are in a position to finger the butcher and end his hideous killing spree.
