Betty Boop decides that she'll show her chauvanist that a woman could run for and win a presidential election. With the help of Grandpa and Pudgey of course. Her path to becoming president makes little to no sense, but it clearly amusing. Somehow her topless hula dance wins her the state of Hawaii which is the swing state and she becomes president.
