Your Mother Wears Combat Boots
Brenda Andersen (Barbara Eden) is an overprotective mom whose son has joined the Air Force against her wishes. By accident, she winds up enlisting herself and joins him during his training period. That, of course, is a huge embarrassment to him -- but in the end, they come to an understanding. Anson Williams (Potsie from television's "Happy Days") directs.

Well, Brenda Andersen is, and if she likes you, eventually you just can't help liking her. This goofy comedy (actually released for TV in 1989) is mostly so bad, it's good, yet does have some genuinely unexpected, laugh-out-loud, funny moments. If you're a fan of Barbara Eden (like me) you really oughta treat yourself and take the jump.
