The fun begins when grown-up Blair starts spewing curses and pea soup. This is a job for ex-exorcist Nielsen! So he gears up to battle the spirit world-and finds he must also outwit a pair of phony TV evangelists (including Ned Beatty), trying to cash in on the exorcism biz. Get Repossessed. Comical look at the Exorcist, is kind of a sequel in its own way
Is dated and many of the jokes are very hit or miss but still pretty funny
Unlike many current comedies like it, it isnt so much non stop jokes as they actually attempt to work a plot in (although its a rather weak plot...)
Linda Blair is now free of the devil's influences and has grown up to live the perfect life
One night while watching some tv evangelists she is suddenly repossessed by the devil
Father Mayi (the original exorcist) is now too old to fight the devil a second time, so young Luke must use his faith in order to battle Satan (along with the help of the tv evangelists)
