Red Heat
Red Heat is the first American movie ever to be filmed in Russia's famed Red Square. Arnold Schwarzenegger is Captain Ivan Danko, a highly disciplined Russian detective. James Belushi is Detective Art Ridzik, a fearless but undisciplined cop. They're a pair of mismatched cops hot on the trail of Russia's deadliest drug smuggler throughout the mean streets of Chicago. A nonstop action-adventure, packed with humor and thrills...with this much friction, there's gotta be heat...Red Heat.

This action flick has Arnold as a Russian cop teamed up with Belushi; a Chicago cop. This mismatched, culture-clashing duo attempt to track down a drug kingpin who fled from Russia to Chicago. This movie has high octane action scenes with Arnold doing most of the fighting and Belushi doing most of the talking. It's not a TUMOR It's Arnie!!! - scooby
well...ok now this was made in a rush of schwarzeneggers popularity,it seemed like he had a new action movie out every year lamost and sometimes 2 in a year!!!
now reality wise this beats out commando hands down, now commando is a great simple adventure shoot-em up movie, but this has a good story and some classic schwarzenegger one liners and the action sequences are good too, plus havin jim belushi as a sidekick is a good adddition, nice comic relief and budddy situations.
like i said its not his best but definly worth the watch if you are a schwarzenegger fan

I know what you're thinking - this is probably a really lame 80's buddy cop movie, but to just dismiss it would not do this surprisingly good entry any justice.
Arnie brings his usual stone faced intensity to his role of a no-nonsense Soviet policeman assigned to travel to the US to capture a Georgian drug dealer, and he's paired up with a total slob of a Chicago beat cop, played to wiseass perfection by James Belushi. They are polar opposites and do not function well together at all, and this leads to endless funny situations. Belushi delivers hysterical one liners at a frenetic pace. The movie would have been even better if they had gone the full comedy route instead of getting bogged down by the decidedly less interesting to watch pursuit of the gangster, which is the main plot.
I was pretty amazed by how much I enjoyed this movie, enough so that I wouldn't even mind seeing a sequel!
