Are We There Yet?
Hoping to impress foxy divorcée Suzanne Kingston (Nia Long), ladies' man Nick Persons (Ice Cube) offers to drive her children, Kevin (Philip Bolden) and Lindsey (Aleisha Allen), 350 miles for a reunion. But the unwary Nick isn't prepared for what the mischievous duo has in store for him: a battle-tested plan geared to chase off any guy who tries to start a relationship with their mother.

Okay, first off, I'm going to say that this is WAY better than the trashy sequel Are We Done Yet? Man, that film sucked. But we're not talking about Are We Done Yet?. We are talking about the first film, Are We There Yet?. Now, this is no Oscar winner. In fact, I get a little ticked off when Ice Cube's car keeps getting wrecked. These kids are such brats. But, I was happy when it all worked out in the end. So, it's not great, but have a nice time with it.Hell's No! - movie_goer
Really, is it that great? NO!
Aside from the Trailer giving away the best parts, this movie stunk of stinky cheese the more i watched it. What was Ice Cube thinking? Is he looking to be a family man? or just ridding himself of the "Gangsta Gimic". Whatever it might be i'm hoping to see less talking action figures, and no more bratty kids...Are We There Yet? - rockdog5
Ice Cube is okay, but the children are despicable. You feel zero empathy and actually understand why their father left. They have no respect for their mother, and there is no way it is believable that anyone would put up with those kids for anything. This movie has been done before and much better, the kids may like it.
