Brooding... - Khartoum
Decent movie - had a few interesting twists in it, kind of reminded me of an M. Night Shamalangadingdong story, just the way things unfold. Speaking of which, ironically the main theme song was also the one they used in "Signs".
It's not a very fast paced movie, but more of a creepy, drawn out suspense built around a bizarre love triangle and of course, kidneys :)
Solid three stars.Ouch! My Liver! - Jeefster
The next "scary" trend to come out in Asia...liver harvesting from those crazy youngsters that party too much! Thank God their cell phones aren't acting up too, as you know how much we all hate to see those awful Western influences invade their culture! That little dig in, the movie wasn't actually half bad, the acting was good, the movie well shot, and a nice little storyline to go with it. Was definitely one of the better offerings of recent and you won't go wrong renting this one, especially if the Asian themes thrill you.
