Breaking Up Is Hard To Do...
This dark film noir comedy finds Dean (David Sutcliffe of TV's Gilmore Girls & Under the Tuscan Sun) obsessed with finding his hot lover Pablo (Antonio Sabato, Jr.) who went out for cigarettes and never came back. Pablo's mother is played by Sonia Braga of Kiss of the Spiderwoman. Dean's boss is played by Jennifer Coolidge of Best in Show and the American Pie films.

Hmmm... where to start. Okay, I'll bite my tongue and try not to say anything too bad.
I think the best part of the movie was that it was really filmed in Argentina. Listening to Sonia Braga speak Spanish is funny, particularly when she's Brazilian, but oh well, they had to make do with what they had.
Antonio Sabato Jr. proved once again why he should stick to modelling instead of acting.
As for the ending, well, it could have gone either way, but I sure liked the way they chose much more than the other choice.way too far fetch! - Unforgettable
This movie is way over its head although the stars are absolutely gorgeous. it is sort of hit and miss. it has some interesting quality, the beautiful scenery, the appropriately melodic sound effects, etc. but then, it misses so many other pieces of a puzzle, how to make a good movie. the plot is fulll of suspense but so convoluted. the dialogues are sometimes like film noir but for the most parts, so mechanical, lack of gay touch, and not very well revealling the layers of suspense that the movie promised. the casts, as gorgeous as they are, need a human touch as their emotions, absolutely not believable.
If you are looking forward to watch a movie about a one night stand that does not go away, see queer as folks. otherwise, look elsewhere, not in the gay section.I Have A Confession... - Ben_In_Orillia
I rented this movie to see Antonio naked, whatever, I'm in my late thirties, balding and need a cheap thrill...
The story is great, well acted, and the locations are beautiful.
I didn't like the desperate search for "answers", but have been there a time or two myself. This is a great movie for those cloudy, cold Sept days when you want to be provoked.
