Princess Of Thieves
The All-New Tale of Robin Hood's Heroic Daughter.
Sherwood Forest has a courageous new hero - Gwyn, the daughter of Robin Hood - in this thrilling new adventure packed with swashbuckling fun for the whole family. Possessing the cunning skills of her legendary father and the beauty and intelligence of her mother Marion, Gwyn (Keira Knightley, Star Wars: The Phantom Menace) is anxious to follow in Robin Hood's footsteps. But he'd rather see her remain safely behind under the watchful eye of Friar Tuck and her best friend Froderick. As King Richard nears death, Robin Hood and his Merry Men are summoned to help bring Richard's son Prince Philip to his rightful place on the throne before the evil Prince John can assume power. But when Robin Hood is captured by the Sheriff of Nottingham (Malcolm McDowell, My Life So Far) and sentenced to death, his life and the future of England lie in Gwyn's inexperienced hands.

Kiera Knightley does a good job being the non-normative daughter. Her personna fits well with the character. Not your traditional ending. A fun, not-to-mushy chic flick with enough sword play to keep most guys happy. A clean film that would be suitable for tweens and up.Great actress.... - cowboySWR
Keeping with the style of Robin Hood, Princess Of Thieves is a great movie. Lots of action, very English theme. To understand it's location of country and cities is great for history. We found the movie very entertaining, a great family movie. If you loved the actress in Pirates of the caribbean, she does a wonderful acting job in this movie. Love it.Next Generation - Zoyamauz
"Princess Of Thieves" is an entertaining film for young adults who enjoyed hearing about the tale of Robin Hood.
Keira Knightley plays the stubborn, rebellious teen who just won't listen to her dad with the result that she gets him locked up. Now it is up to her to uphold justice and luckily for her she happens upon the future king, who finds himself in an odd predicament after he learns that his enemies have been plotting his destruction. Voila, the stage is set for adventure.
Multiple shows of skill and battles later, Robin is freed, the rightful king ascends the throne and all is well in Sherwood forest.
Keira's performance is very similar to that in King Arthur. A good supporting cast. The story is like many others before it, enjoyable but not particularly noteworthy. I would have expected a little more comedy and less action from Disney but overall I was entertained.
(Not suited for really young kids - too much fighting, murder and a torture chamber - although, saying it like that makes it sound worse than it is.)
