Miss Congeniality 2: Armed and Fabulous
Sandra Bullock returns as Special Agent Gracie Hart in a funny, fabulous Miss Congeniality follow-up. This time, she's the bureau's new celebrity face, making the rounds of talk shows (her heroics at the Miss United States Beauty Pageant made her too famous for field work). She also has a new partner (Regina King), an agent with anger-management issues and a dim opinion of pampered Gracie. But when Gracie's friends (returning stars Heather Burns and William Shatner) are kidnapped, nothing can keep Special Agent GS13 out of the action. Look out world: the cover girl is going back undercover!

This movie fell victim to the "curse of the sequels". This movie was not funny and it was just too over the top.
It was hard to watch and was rather annoying for more parts than it was funny.
The chemistry that made the original funny and laughable was lacking in this movie. The characters were stiff and almost were bored with their roles!Miss Con-geniality - oeilduzig
Le premier film, même s'il n'était pas très bon, avait obtenu assez de succès pour qu'on en produise un deuxième. C'est loin d'un film d'auteur et il suffit de deux tâcherons de réalisateur et de scénariste pour lancer une suite.
Une agente du FBI un peu gauche et peu féminine qui avait réussi à infiltrer le concours de Miss USA et le sauver a maintenant de la difficulté à réintégrer ses fonctions, car reconnue partout où elle passe. Son nouveau job sera maintenant d'améliorer l'image de la police en utilisant son vedettariat et en faisant des apparitions publiques. Elle sera flanquée d'une garde du corps qu'elle n'aime pas et devra découvrir qui est le kidnappeur de Miss USA, devenue son amie depuis le concours.
Que dire de cette suite autre qu'elle ressemble à toutes les autres suites de ce genre de film: inintéressante et ridicule.
Une histoire banale, une réalisation commune, des dialogues ennuyeux, des blagues qui tombent à plat, on se demande ce que Sandra Bullock est allée faire dans cette galère... le chèque a dû être attirant!
Il y a peu à dire, un film nul qui ne mérite même pas d'être loué... on n'éprouve aucun plaisir à le regarder. Une panoplie d'acteurs de deuxième ordre... c'est un long métrage de producteurs qui n'ont même pas la décence d'y investir quelques dollars supplémentaires pour des effets spéciaux ou des cascades intéressantes. Sandra Bullock attempts a second round,this time in Las Vegas. You Know the saying "what happens in vegas stays in vegas..". The movie falls under that quote. Alot of needless gibberish, cat fights in the bathroom. I'm peeved at the lack of holding it's end, destroying it's perky image. This movie is a reason Sequels should be banned.
