Amelia and Pippo are reunited after several decades to perform their old music-hall act (imitating Fred Astaire and Ginger Rogers) on a TV variety show. This Fellini satire is both an exploration of the mindless, fleeting nature of mass media and fame, and a more sentimental, nostalgic look at the personal bond that forms between friends.
