Spaceballs
The farce is with you in this "uproarious salute to science fiction" (The Hollywood Reporter) that teams comedy legend Mel Brooks with an all-star cast of cutups including John Candy (Splash), Rick Moranis (Ghostbusters) and Bill Pullman (Ruthless People)!
When the evil Dark Helmet (Moranis) attempts to steal all the air from planet Druidia, a determined Druish Princess (Daphne Zuniga), a clueless rogue (Pullman) and a half-man/half-dog creature who's his own best friend (Candy) set out to stop him! But with the forces of darkness closing in on them at ludicrous speed, they'll need the help of a wise imp named Yogurt (Brooks) and the mystical power of "The Schwartz" to bring peace and merchandising rights to the entire galaxy!

When I was like 10 years old, this was a really cool movie. The comedy in this movie just doesn't hold up to today's standards. It's campy but not in the good way. If you want good Star Wars parody, check out the Family Guy parody. Only watch this if you're old enough to really love Mel Brooks. One Funny Spoof - MovieProf
Who would have thought so much fun could be made out of "Star Wars"? "Spaceballs" proves that no film franchise is sacred ground. In the tradition of "Airplane," which poked fun out of the airplane disaster movies of the 1970s, "Spaceballs" takes great delight in turning the "Star Wars" franchise on its ear. With great performances from Bill Pullman, John Candy, and Joan Rivers, and an outstanding performance from Ric Moranis--who steals the show as the evil but hilarious Dark Hemlet--"Spaceballs" should be able to make anyone laugh. Some of the jokes are rather lame--Mel Brooks's directorial choices can be cheesy at times--others are insanely funny. In particular, virtually everything that Moranis says and does is great. This one is lots of fun.Humorous... - wspi
A generally funny movie that can span many years. Seen this when it first came out and its just as funny today. Blatant jokes that are right in your face.
This movie is just a bit more ridiculous, if you know what I mean...might even say it's ludicrous.
An enjoyable what for an hour or so...
