Interesting 70's flick - telefon4
Lee Marvin in another role he was born to play(probably because he was a real bada**), pitted against a snake named Mary-Ann..played by the always good Gene Hackman. Michael Ritchie directed this movie without a thought for pc-ness that you wouldn't dare see today, in a mainstream movie.Prime Cut - julianrjh
I rented this only for Sissy Spacek, and wasn't sure what to expect, but I was pleasantly surprised. This is a really good, sleazy thriller! It's rare to find a movie that wallows so gratefully in its own filth, but this one is it. I would watch it again for sure - there are some really great sequences, like the chase in the field, as well as some genuinely disturbing moments (you'll know it when you see it). I recommend this for people who like their movies with an extra taste of bitter, bitter blood.AWESOME - NDWOL
This film represents the wacky experimental 60's and 70's in hollywood film making. It paints a very macabre picture of women being sold like cattle into prostitution. Hence the name.
Don't worry because Lee Marvin shows up and whenever he gets involved things are going to be straightened out. Lot's of crazy kick ass scenes including a combine chase.
Visually very original.
