Howl's Moving Castle
From the Academy Award-Winning Director of 'Spirited Away'.
Sophie (voiced by Emily Mortimer), an average teenage girl working in a hat shop, finds her life thrown into turmoil when she is literally swept off her feet by a handsome-but-mysterious wizard named Howl (voiced by Christian Bale), and is subsequently turned into a 90-year-old woman (voiced by Jean Simmons) by the vain and conniving Wicked Witch of the Waste (voiced by Lauren Bacall). Embarking on an incredible odyssey to lift the curse, she finds refuge in Howl's magical moving castle where she becomes acquainted with Markl, Howl's apprentice, and a hot-headed fire demon named Calcifer (voiced by Billy Crystal). Sophie's love and support comes to have a major impact on Howl, who flies in the face of orders from the palace to become a pawn of war and instead risks his life to help bring peace to the kingdom.

This is a great movie! - LilyandMick
Another one from Hayao Miyazaki and this had a great rating in my list following by "Spirited Away". His movie always has some fantasy which see through the world from the different point of view and gives us a whole new world. The story has been created really simple but creative so that kids can follow really well. You will definitely enjoy this movie!A work of beauty - Ralston_McTodd
You either love Miyazaki or you don't. I do. His stories always have an oddity to them, which may bother people who are Disneyphiles. The artwork is always heartbreakingly beautiful. This is not necessarily a children's movie. Indeed, some of the warfare images may be too intense for young children--as is the case with earlier Miyazaki films. If your children aren't familiar with Miyazaki, consider starting them out with "My Neighbor Totoro." For anyone interested in animation or beauty, though, "Howl's Moving Castle" is a "must see."Entertaining and Hilarious!! (Japanese Version) - Kim1
This movie is entertaining, delightful to watch. It comes very close to "spirited away", which I personally think is Miyazaki's best movie. "Howl's Moving Castle" has lots of witchcraft and magic in it, the background is filled with lots of creative gadgets, which makes the movie very entertaining for both adults and kids.
One side note, the Japanese, original voice of Howl is dubbed by a well-known Japanese star Takuya Kimura. It was rumoured that Hayao Miyazaki, who never uses movie stars to dub his animations, wanted Takuya Kimura for the job since Howl is the most handsome role in all his films.
