Terrible - Splattman
This is pretty bad even for a low budget sequel. The characters are wooden, the dialogue is brutal and the actors are anoying. I found myself cheering for the killer about 1/2 hour into the movie. To makle matters worse, the violence is mostly off-screen and the FX are terrible. The only redeeming qualitiy is the presence of nubile half naked bimbos early on. That's 90 minutes I'll never get back
