I hate Mr.Bean, but the cartoon is very funny. In the cartoon he is not a mindless wandering bone-head who does stupid things to get a laugh, but a clever manipulative hero.
There is no retelling brainless Bean skits, instead new adventures and an evil money loving landlady.
If you hate Mr.Bean as much as I do you love the cartoon. If you love Mr.Bean (you have my pity) you also love the cartoon.
