Sweet. What a great little sci-fi film about a guy that takes a job at a big corporation, with the idea he will be recording the secrets of his competitors, but something much bigger is afoot! There are a few cheesy bits, but overall a very fun movie with a few good WTF moments. Also, Lucy Liu is in this, so bonus marks for that because she's awesome, though I'm not sure she will ever re-attain the goddess-like level she reached in Kill Bill (drool).Excellent Sci-Fi Thriller - MH01
Cypher is an excellent sci-fi thriller that will leave you wanting more. Several plot twists keep you gripped for the entire movie. Some decent special effects only add to the quality of this movie. I'm not a Lucy Lui fan but she turns in a good performance as Rita. Worth renting but you may need to watch it twice to get all the details.Good plot twists - silversong
It took two attempts for me to get into this film, but it was worth the second try. With a deliberately slow start this movie gathers itself into a twisting ball of who's who as the main character searches for answers to who is controlling this mind game. It kept me guessing (almost) to the end. Good, clean intrigue with little violence.
