Mad About Mambo
Fall in love... With the beat.
In order to improve his footwork on the soccer field, Danny Mitchell (William Ash), a teenage Catholic school student in Belfast, Northern Ireland, enrolls himself in Mambo classes. He falls in love with his teacher, 18-year-old Lucy McLoughlin (Keri Russell), who is determined to win a local Latin dancing competition. Though Danny and Lucy are from different sides of the tracks and Lucy's bossy boyfriend seems to get in the way, their connection on the dance floor breaks down all barriers.

Harmless enough for the tween crowd. - cathyottawa
This is your typical "rich girl/poor boy" movie.
It's set in Ireland, and Keri Russel (who I loved in Felicity) sports an accent that is sometimes spot on, sometimes non-existent, and mostly somewhere in between.
There's nothing really special here, and it treads all the familiar territory of teen romance movies - but your tween girls might like it.
