One of Harry Eden's BEST Performances! - OldeTymeFriar
His films are few, but Harry Eden's one of the best young actors out there... Hopefully, he'll continue his acting career into adulthood, because you can be certain that the roles he selects will be thoughtful and powerful.
In this film, Eden is the son of a drug-addicted mother, struggling to cope with a hard life. Well worth seeing, especially if you only know him from his supporting role in Peter Pan.Pleasant Surprise - Big_J
This is a great little film and there is nothing that matches the performance of the little boy - he really is amazing and why he hasn't been in any other films is a mystery to me. There is also a pretty decent and realistic story underneath everything here and although it is a bit depressing there is always a little hope lurking underneath everything. All the actors do a fine job - just one star burns brighter than all the others.Great Little Film - DVD_Bob
I totally agree with Movie Hound on this one. Strong, touching performances especially by young Harry Edan! I love finding these lesser known films ... they are often better than the blockbusters! I have to thank Roger Ebert's review for stearing me to this one!
