Simple, yet challenging - Fullermel
I've only had a chance to try this routine once. I found it fairly simple and straightforward, yet challenging enough to keep me engaged throughout the whole routine. I've been doing Pilates occasionally for the past three years, and I am fluent in the poses and concepts, which probably helped quite a bit. I think an absolute beginner may find it a little fast. I do appreciate that this routine is exactly 30 minutes, which is the perfect length of time to get the workout done in the morning. Anna does voice-overs instead of trying to talk her way through the routine, which is also appreciated, as I found it easier to concentrate on her movements. I would recommend this one to my friends.
