Station Nord (North Station)
On a mission from Santa.
The story begins in 1950 on a cold and stormy night when Samuel, a 14-year-old apprentice mailman, sets out to deliver a last Christmas gift. His snowmobile tumbles and the boy finds himself stranded in the woods. He is rescued by one of Santa’s elves who transports him to Santa’s Magical Village where everyone is busy preparing for their biggest night of the year. Samuel is immediately put in charge of managing Santa’s worldwide postal operations. Impressive magic powers come with the job. But there is also a catch! The boy is forced to forget his past and his dear friend, Evelyne. The years go by happily in the Magic World until the day when Samuel opens a letter from a little girl asking for Santa’s help to save her sick granny. To grant the girl’s wish, Samuel must join her in the Real World. He is stunned to discover that "the granny" is Evelyne, his dear long lost friend. Once the past catches up with him, his magic powers disappear. He urgently needs Santa’s help to survive. After overcoming many obstacles, Santa reunites Samuel and Evelyne, entrusting them with a special mission.

Interesting, but rather long and lost in fantasy - Fudgeflaps
This movie was good and I liked it, but it could have been better if they'd toned down the sets a little and made it a less fantastic environment.
Some of the elaborate sets were a little much and overwhelmed the story. It needed to be told in a more simple manner in my opinion.
And at nearly two hours I wonder how many children will watch all the way through without getting restless.
But this is still a good movie otherwise and suitable for most children.
I would recommend it to a Quebec family with young children to watch on Christmas eve or Christmas day. It should really help them get into the Christmas spirit if nothing else.
