As a yoga instructional DVD this one is pretty good -- a little low budget, but the producers hearts are in the right place. If you are used to practicing yoga, you've seen it all before.
The major problem with the DVD is that it promises to help the participant better sex (and more specifically the gay male participant). This is never really addressed in the DVD and the poses are all the standard yoga poses -- nothing new or different for this experienced yoga practitioner.
Of course, any yoga will improve your sex life...
