I can see why kids and families would love this movie. Breathtaking scenery, cute characters, some suspense and adorable dogs. The movie, of course, is predictable, and the acting isn't exactly first-rate, but definitely keeps the attention and not bad content-wise.WOW!! - Bigs
I really believed that I was in for a light Disney film, largely meant to be watched by youth. I was wrong. This film is both appropriate for a young age group, and will keep any adult very entertained.
The cover art seems a bit misleading; a quality real life type story is what it is. Truly people, I never thought I was going to give this more than two stars from the outset. Rent it! M.C.Great Family Movie... - rtstan

This movie made us laugh, hold our breath and cry. Not a typical fairy tale ending but a story that will touch you. If you have a wife like mine, make sure to have the kleenx close by.
