If you are completely unfamiliar with Aromatherapy, this introduction is ok. I must warn you not to watch it with your children, though, for the nudity in the massage portions in it. The disk mainly discusses the roots of aromatherapy, various oils (discussed as you watch a massage session) and then it touches on other therapies which often are used by aromatherapy practitioners, such as Riki, reflexology, indian head massage, etc. I was only interested in the oils and what they are used for so I fast forwarded those portions and cannot tell you what they are about. But the oils and their uses is interesting. Still, I think you could find much of the same information on the net at any wholesaler of essential oils, so it is very VERY basic. It is based in the UK, so the thick British accent made me write the words wrong and then when they showed the bottle, I had to correct it. The narrator often warns you NOT to use these in pregnancy or on babies or children. It is really a preparation for going to an aromatherapist and is a plug for their particular massage/spa/aromatherapy session, with name and number at the end of it. That might be fine if you lived in the UK, but for those of us over here in Canada, it isn't truly useful. I also didn't like the saccharine sweet "we are the experts and you need to come to us" emphasis throughout, hence the two stars.
