A group of obscure Las Vegas acts gather to poke fun at Pam's boobs and genitals while at the same time making a sincere effort to appear as if they actually care about her. Alternately hilarious (an emaciated Bea Arthur offers a "dramatic reading" from one of Anderson's books) and deeply embarrassing (a sloppy, incoherent Courtney Love mumbles something about being clean for a year). Although much of the material had me howling, the humour in this uncensored version is definitely low brow with jokes never straying far from Pam's silicone implants or the size of Tommy Lee's third leg. For warped audiences only which is why I liked it. So sue me.Pamela gets roasted - badder2
Pamela Anderson definitely gets my respect after this!. A lot of the comments were really quite crude and vulgar but a lot of them quite funny, however it was all in good fun, as Pamela Anderson was one hell of a good sport to agree to this, plus huge boobs and all, she's a very very sexy woman. The jokes about Tommy Lee's huge penis did get tiring after a while, and Beatrice Arthur was very funny, as it was great to see her again! plus I loved how Pamela kind of got them back at the end. I was surprised by how lenient Sarah Silverman was with Pam, and Courtney Love just embarrassed herself in my opinion, and while she may have been Sober, it sure didn't look like it, plus how Pamela managed to laugh it all off and keep a smile on her face for 90 minutes is beyond me. One of my favorite comments was the Pete Sampras with down syndrome comment, rather tasteless but funny as hell, and there were some good insults directed at Jimmy Kimmel too, plus it amazes me how gorgeous Pam is after all these years!.my2cents- amazing funny - gerard
I have to admit, I had to stop the film a couple of times, as my neighbour was knocking on the wall, complaining that my friends and i were laughing so loud. Each segment came out better then the next. I love the fact that each comedy blasted all the other comedians and with this dvd version, everything was left intact....except for eddie griffen. Eddie is one of the funniest comedians today and i can believe the director or producer removed him from this dvd. i would have given it a 5 star if i could have seen eddies bit! For those who are intending to rent this, DO NOT SKIP THE FINAL BIT WITH PAMELA TALKING ABOUT HERSELF, WHATCH IT TELL THE END, AS THERES A MOMENT WITH HER AND COURTNEY LOVE THAT HAD ME AND MY FRIENDS PUKING FROM LAUGHING..WE HONESTLY HAD TO REWIND IT 10 TIMES AS IT IS THE FUNNIEST THING YOU'LL EVER SEE...well...unless you watch America's funniest home video!
