Didnt expect Much so Wasnt disappointed - MissKalunji
Ok i wasn't expecting too much from the movie so i didn't get disappointed. The movie is basically a copy of bring it own just different sport which is volleyball. Good to watch once if you have nothing better to do and it ends there. Ciara's acting was poor she barely said much...but the Chick from 3LW sure can act she should stick to acting then singing. Then again attitude isn't acting to her it is her nature. What they got aint worth it - Leonie_M
What the heck kinda movie was this…….. I honestly felt like I had wasted time and effort trying to see it just because Ciara was in it. I have most defiantly learned my lesson.
First of all the plot of the movie was great, however it jumped from here to there I found myself trying to stay awake at some scenes
Second Ciara can sing, and oh man can she dance (which I was surprised she did none of in the film) but acting was defiantly not her calling she should just let that dream go.
Third some of the characters in the movie had no or little development like Ciara’s character was all over the place first she was angry, then she felt sorry then she was happy and then she was just pure evil (which I didn’t think suit her at all) then she was happy again like …….common!?. I think the movie would have done just fine without her in the story line. It was almost as if they added her character after the whole movie was written.
And they need to get rid of some of those volleyball scenes they were just straight up boring I had to fast forward through some of them cuz I just could not take it anymore
I am sorry but this movie was defiantly a waste of time. It's no Bring It On... - Gazza
I think the title of this review says it all. It's along the same lines as Bring It On in concept but falls far flat from it's predecessor.
The story line is weak, the characters don't really get developed and even the action scenes (sports action) are not that impressive.
Yes I realize that it's a Teen comedy/drama made by MTV, but there are plenty of others that make for an enjoyable show.
