Along the pristine coastline of Northern California a battle rages between land developers and environmentalists. Gavin Ransom, a handsome developer wins the right to build a tract of garrish mini-mansions on sensitive coastal real estate over the objection of outraged environmentalists led by his sister, Olive, an intense and serious woman. When they both meet the beautiful protester singer Zoe, they both fall under her spell and fight for her support and love.
